Athletic Training Education Program
Kris Mahlock, MS, ATC, LAT
Kris Mahlock currently serves as the Clinical Coordinator of Athletic Training Education. He was recently promoted from the Head Athletic Trainer/Instructor position within the athletic department. He currently provides supervision and coordination of all clinical activities within the Athletic Training Education Program and is also a full time instructor within that department. He is originally from Hydro, OK and joined the staff at SWOSU in August of 2006.
Kris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from SWOSU in 2003 and a Masters of Science in Physical Education from Eastern New Mexico University in 2006. After completion of his undergraduate work, he went on to become a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Eastern New Mexico University. Prior to coming to SWOSU, Kris was the Head Athletic Trainer at Hill College in Hillsboro, TX.
Kris enjoys many outdoor activities including golf, hunting, and fishing. Kris is married and lives in Yukon with his wife Heather.
