The Cheyenne and Arapaho College Logo was designed by Chief Harvey Pratt of Guthrie, Oklahoma in 2006 and adopted by the CATC Board of Regents in the same year.  The outer circle represents the circle of life and the continuing education of the Cheyenne and Arapaho through tradition.  The cardinal points are reflected on the outer circle.

The inner circle is the completion by the two tribes making one union, but two distinct tribes in their individuality.  The upper half of the inner circle is the design of the “Blue Cloud People”, the Arapahos.  The bottom half is the design for the Cheyenne, “The Striped Arrow People”.  This is also reflected in the hand with the stripes on the fingers.
