The Management & Marketing Department offers two fields of study.  The department also has minors in each discipline.  The Management & Marketing Department is committed to providing students with a first-class education and preparation for a career.  Our graduates hold successful positions throughout Oklahoma, the Southwest, and beyond.  Some jobs our graduates hold include advertising and/or marketing, personal selling, managerial, and executive level positions for major retailers, financial institutions, and non-profit organizations.

Classroom SettingDepartmental faculty are actively engaged in student advising for both academic and career guidance and student activities through the Management & Marketing Club.  The faculty are also active in the University and the local community serving on a variety of standing and ad hoc committees.  Particular fields of research interest and publishing for our faculty include retail, promotional strategy, strategic planning, and assessment.  The faculty are also involved in business consulting.  Students are involved in many of the faculties’ research and consulting projects.
