James Ratcliffe
James Ratcliffe teaches PRM 4011 Concealed Weapons Training for the SWOSU Parks and Recreation Management Department. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from SWOSU. Ratcliffe teaches the Self Defense Act Training Course for Oklahoma Concealed Weapons Carry.
Ratcliffe is OSBI and CLEET certified and has been an Oklahoma Concealed Carry Instructor since 1996. Since 1997, he has served as a Custer County reserve deputy sheriff. The past president of the Custer County Reserve Officer Association is an NRA certified Pistol Instructor and alumnus of Gunsite Training Academy in Paulden, Ariz., were he has completed multiple courses and earned several awards.
He also has completed 120 hours at the Reserve Training Academy in Fort Cobb, Okla. Ratcliffe also has EAG Tactical Patrol Carbine training from Patrick Rogers, one of the nation¹s premier firearms instructors.
