Johnny G. Beech received a B. S. in Business Management and Administration of Healthcare from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1977. In 1980, he received a J. D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. During law school, he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and the Legal Research Board. He earned a Master of Laws in Energy and Environmental Law from Tulane University School of Law in 1985.
Beech has served on the Oklahoma Bar Association Law Schools Committee and the Uniform Laws Committee. He has written and presented several papers for the National Business Institute including Fundamentals of Water Law in Oklahoma: Water Law and Lender Liability Pitfalls and Ethical Issues regarding Lending and Banks. He has also spoken for SCORE on the issues involved in selecting a business entity and lectured on the formation of limited liability companies for the Southwestern Oklahoma State University Small Business Development Center.
Beech has been a guest lecturer in Sports Law at Wichita State University and Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is referenced in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Law, and Who’s Who in the South & Southwest. He has been listed in The General Bar List for several years.
