Vince Sidders teaches Tracking and assists with the Park Ranger Class for the SWOSU Parks and Wildlife Law Enforcement Program. He is currently a Special Agent with the US Forest Service in Colorado where he serves as the criminal investigator and a firearms instructor.
Vince received a bachelor’s degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1996 and has been in law enforcement since 1997. Vince is an Oklahoma CLEET Academy graduate and has worked as both a Deputy Sheriff and a State Park Ranger in Oklahoma. In 2004, Vince was hired as a federal law enforcement officer and has since graduated from both the National Park Ranger Training Program and the Criminal Investigator Training Program at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. He has held positions with both the National Park Service and the US Forest Service.
Vince has extensive experience and training in tracking, rural surveillance operations, narcotics investigations, and resource law enforcement. He has taught classes on these topics to various law enforcement agencies and military personnel around the country and also is an adjunct instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
