Economics courses include Macroeconomics and Microeconomics, both of which are a part of the General Education program.
The minor in economics consists of 18 hours intended to equip students with the analytical tools necessary to develop a solid understanding of economic and human behavior.
Social Science courses offered by the Department of Social Sciences are designed to contribute to the various departmental programs, including political science and criminal justice, as well as to history teacher education.
Sociology courses offered by the Department of Social Sciences are designed to contribute to the General Education program (Introduction to Sociology) as well as to the criminal justice degree program (upper level courses).
