Associate Provost for Academic and Student Affairs

The Associate Provost is a senior administrative official and member on both the Executive Council and the Academic Advisory Council.

The AP's Office manages regional and professional accreditation, institutional effectiveness through strategic planning, academic program planning and evaluation, professional development, academic policy, course file management including the preparation and publication of university catalogs, class schedules, and maintenance of the permanent university course catalog information and academic functions.

The AP has direct supervisory responsibility over the Dean of Students and Director of Student Activities, Director of Admissions/Recruitment, Director of Assessment, Director of Career Services and Coordinator of Enrollment Management, Director of the Registrar's Office, Director of Student Counseling Services, and Director of Student Health Services.

The Associate Provost reports to the Provost and acts on behalf of the Provost in his absence.
