Our lobby area is generally use for registration, handouts, and directions to breakout areas for the current event. We have recently installed a flat panel monitor for people in the lobby area to see and hear the speaker in Redbud Hall. Redbud Hall is a very versatile room in which is able to host a variety of events, from banquets to wedding receptions. Amenities include an in room Laptop with a wireless mouse an a newly updated AV system with multi-source AV inputs (LCD projector, DVD, VHS, CD, Wireless Mic), high speed wireless internet access, a high resolution document camera and more. It seats 120 people with tables and chairs or 180 people with chairs only. Redbud Hall is 1665 Sq. Ft., and it rents $200 per day.
The Sunflower Room is ideally suited for small presentations, seminars, meetings; training, overflow, and a buffet line for events located the larger Redbud Hall. Amenities include a dedicated in room Laptop with multi-source AV inputs (LCD projector, DVD, VHS, CD, Wireless Mic), high speed wireless internet access, a high resolution document camera and more. Sunflower is located just off the kitchen area which makes it suitable for banquets and luncheons. Sunflower is 1034 square feet and seats up to 50 with tables and chairs and 80 with chairs only. It rent for $150 per day.
Mesquite Room is well-equipped room is great for small training sessions, meetings and breakouts. It is equipped with a 52” Flat panel TV with connections to a Laptop, LCD Projector, DVD, CD & VHS players. Depending on the setup Mesquite can hold up to 27 people. Mesquite is 575 square feet and rents for $100 per day.
Dogwood & Teak Conference Rooms
For that small meeting with no interruptions the newly remodeled conference rooms are available for your use. For that quiet uninterrupted meeting these two rooms are ideal.
The Dogwood conference room seats eight to ten people is 192 sq. ft and rents for $50.00 per day. The
Teak conference room seats ten to twelve people is 278 sq. ft. and rents for $50.00 per day.
Excellent banquet and catering services make the Conference Center a popular choice for your next meeting or conference.
Nothing garnishes an event with expectation more than the aroma of a delicious meal. Auxiliary services provide anything from basic box lunches to an elegantly presented dinner. They offer a full range of banquet and catering options to fit your event and your budget. Another option is our University Grill located in the Memorial Student Union.
