How do I find out what jobs are available at Southwestern Oklahoma State University?


All positions including faculty, staff, and student positions are listed in notebooks which are located in the Human Resources Office, Administration Building, Room 101. These listings can also be found on the Human Resources Web page by following the appropriate links from Employment Opportunities. The Student positions are updated daily. Faculty and staff positions are posted as they become available. Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Do I have to complete the staff employment application if I include a resume?


We do accept resumes, but we also need the detailed information from the staff employment application to ensure you meet the requirements of the job for which you apply. The employment application provides space to accurately document your education, work experience and special skills which gives a more exact picture of your background and qualifications. The application also provides information on your current and past employment contacts for references.
