Undergraduate USA-Based Transfer Student Admissions

All International undergraduate students who have completed in the USA previous college level courses should complete items 1 through 4 and if less than 24 EARNED hours (with grades) also complete 5-7.

  1.   Submit Application for Admission (On the online application, if you do not live in the USA enter 99999 in the zip code box and in the box for a city type in the name of your city replacing the words “foreign city.” Also, if you do not have a social security number, do not enter anything in the box where a social security number is requested.   
  2.  Submit by email an International Applicant Information Form (click on link to download form) Handwritten signature needed not a digital signature
  3.   Official Transcripts from Previous Colleges Attended   If you previously attended college in another country, you must have your transcript evaluated course-by-course through a credential evaluation service such as WES or ECE or GCE.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
  4.   Upload scanned copies of biographical Passport page, Visa, and current I-20 to

Students who have completed less than 24 credit hours in the United States should also submit the following three items:

  1. Official High School Transcript (Must be in English and any translation should be certified.)
  2. Proof of English Proficiency as demonstrated by one of the following:
    • TOEFL score report (http://www.ets.org/toefl/ )
      • iBT test score of 61 or better
      • International paper-based test score of 500 or better
    • IELTS score report (http://www.ielts.org/)
      • 5.5 test score or better
    • Graduation Certificate from an English language high school (secondary school) system
      • Completed high school in an English speaking school system in an English speaking country— additional documentation may be requested.
  3. Official SAT or ACT Score (required of students less than 21 years of age) (Information concerning the ACT is available from The American College Testing Program http://www.act.org/.  Information concerning the SAT is available from: The College Board http://www.collegeboard.org/ .)                                                

Application deadlines for USA-based transfer students:

  • Fall Semester (begins in August):  August 15         
  • Spring Semester (begins in January):  December 15            
  • Summer Semester (begins in June):  May 15
