Campus Connect

Campus Connect / Faculty Access provides web-based access to SWOSU course and student information.

The system requires a username and password to login. Each person's username will be CCxxxx (where xxxx is your 4 digit advisor number, which is a leading zero plus your old 3 digit advisor number), and your initial password will be Swosu9999 (where 9999 is the last 4 digits of your social security number).

To login, simply click on the Campus Connect – Faculty link (https://host2.swosu.edu/gui_fas) on the “Faculty & Staff” webpage

There are basically two parts to Campus Connect / Faculty Access:

  1. Faculty Menu - which contains options for Course Availability, Course Roster, and Grade Entry
  2. Student Advising - which allows advisors to see all the information that Campus Connect / Student Access provides to their students (demographics, financial aid, add/drop courses, schedules, grades, transcripts, etc.)

Campus Connect / Faculty Access will eventually replace the "distributed registration system (DRS)" that many of you use now. You will have access to only your courses on the Course Roster and Grade Entry options, and only your advisees on the Student Advising option.
