Quotes
The Business Office and ITS are coordinating volume computer purchases. This will help facilitate planning, cut the cost of purchasing, and streamline the installation of computers.
Scheduled volume purchases will take place four times per year. Scheduled purchase dates are March 1st, June 1st, August 1st, and November 1st.
Please send departmental Purchase Orders to the Business Office along with the required Computer Purchase Form indicating where the new computer will be placed.
The prices quoted below are for a single unit purchase. The discounted price, based on the total number of units from all POs, will be requested from the vendor before each scheduled volume purchase.
NOTE: These Quotes will expire on April 6th 2008.
