The Business Office and ITS are coordinating volume computer purchases. This will help facilitate planning, cut the cost of purchasing, and streamline the installation of computers.

Scheduled volume purchases will take place four times per year. Scheduled purchase dates are March 1^st, June 1^st, August 1^st, and November 1^st.  To request a quote if it is not posted below, contact ITS.

Please send departmental Purchase Orders to the Business Office along with the required Computer Purchase Form indicating where the new computer will be placed.
