Campus Connect Student FAQs
How do I add a class that has a corresponding lab?
Add the lab first, and then add the corresponding class.
What do I do if I am enrolling in a class that requires a pre-requisite or co-requisite class, and I don’t know what that class is?
Contact the Registrar’s Office at 3778 and they can tell determine the pre-requisite and
co-requisite for a class.
When I try to enroll in one of my classes, a message displays stating, “Special permission is required to enroll in this class.” Who do I need to contact to get permission to enroll in that class?
You will need to contact the chair of the department in which the class is located, or contact the Registrar’s Office.
When I try to drop a course, an error message displays stating, “There was an error DROPPING the specified course. You may not drop your only remaining course.”
You must contact the Registrar’s office if you are completely withdrawing from school. Otherwise, if you are trying to drop a class and need to add another class, just add the other class first and then the system will allow you to drop the class.
How do I find out how much money I owe and when it must be paid?

Why does Campus Connect log itself off after only a few minutes of use?
Campus Connect is designed to log off after 2.50 minutes of non-use. This is a security feature designed to protect the user in case a system is left unattended.
Whenever I try to access Campus Connect, I cannot get past the log-in screen. I know my user name and PIN are correct, but I can’t understand why I cannot access the application itself.
