Campus Connect Help
SWOSU's Campus Connect is the students' and faculty's link to a number of online services. Using Campus Connect, students can access information, such as:
- unofficial transcripts,
- online grades,
- billing,
- financial aid,
- personal demographics,
- course availability.
To access Campus Connect:
- From the SWOSU home page, click the “Campus Connect” button found on the left side of the page. This action will launch the Campus Connect Log-In page.
- On the Campus Connect Log-In Screen, you will see two fields, “Username and PIN.”
- Enter your SWOSU student e-mail username in the “Username” field.
- If you do not know your SWOSU student e-mail address, click the following link which discusses SWOSU student e-mail. www.swosu.edu/administration/its/students/webmail.asp
- The initial PIN (personal identification number) is the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
- SWOSU strongly urges you to change your PIN to something more unique.
- To change the PIN, log-into Campus Connect and select the "Change PIN" option from the Student Information menu.
- Students who have forgotten their PIN should click the “Click here to have your PIN e-mailed to you” link, found on the Campus Connect home page. This action will send the PIN information to your SWOSU student e-mail account.
- Enter your SWOSU student e-mail username in the “Username” field.
After you successfully log in, you will see the Campus Connect menu. Move the mouse pointer to the appropriate menu and click. When you are finished using Campus Connect, remember to click the Log-out button.
If you experience any problems or an error message appears stating that your access to Campus Connect has been denied, click the OK button on the message and try again. If the problem persists, contact the ITS Help Desk (774-7070).
