Costs

Rooms are contracted on a semester basis. Room costs include rent, gas, water, electric utilities, local telephone access, wireless internet access, and cable television access. Residents provide their own telephone, computer and television. All residence hall contracts are binding for the academic semester in which the student requests housing.
