Payments

Room and board payments are not due at the same time as tuition. Payments may be made in one payment about ten days after classes begin or in the four established installment dates. Bills are sent to the residence hall mailbox before due dates. Late fees of $25.00 are assessed each time a payment becomes two (2) weeks overdue. Arrangements may be made with the Bursar Office (580-774-3018), Administration Building, Room 111, if payment cannot be paid within two weeks of the due date. Cancellation of residence hall applications must be received in writing by the Friday before classes begin, in order to be eligible to receive refunds of the $60.00 housing deposit and to avoid a $65.00 contract-breakage fee.
