Neff Hall

Neff Hall is a two story facility housing over 220 men. The horse-shoe layout of the facility offers a unique back courtyard for extra resident parking. Resident rooms have moveable furniture including two standard twin beds, two desks, and two dressers. All the rooms have sinks and each floor has four bathrooms and its own laundry facility. The newly renovated lobby area offers billiards, a ping pong table, vending, and a TV lounge for residents to enjoy. The front entrance includes a guest receiving area, information desk, and resident mailboxes. Neff Hall also has its own lighted sand volleyball pit across the street for the facility and is also located adjacent to the gymnasium and fitness center. Neff Hall sponsors various activities including cookouts, volleyball, bowling outings, and Super Bowl parties for residents to participate in. R. A.’s also sponsor wing activities such as pizza parties, homecoming festivities, community service projects, and ping pong tournaments.
