OHLAP
This state funded program pays for up to full general enrollment fees for those students who qualify. Students had to have signed up during their 8th, 9th or 10th grade with a validated household income of less than $50,000 and complete the required coursework and conditions outlined by the Oklahoma State Regents Office in order to qualify.
Oklahoma residents who meet OHLAP financial need criteria during high school may qualify for payment of their tuition (no fees). Students must also be on the Official OHLAP Scholarship Eligibility Report. Students who graduated from high school starting with May 2010 will have to maintain a Cumulative GPA of 2.0 for classes attempted through the first 60 hours. For hours attempted beyond 60 hours, students must maintain a 2.5 GPA. All OHLAP/Oklahoma Promise students must also meet the Federal Satisfactory Academic Progress Requirements.
