Oklahoma College Assistance Program

A division of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, OCAP provides college access, financial aid awareness, financial literacy and student loan management programs and services for students, parents, schools and community partners.

The State Regents are the coordinating board for Oklahoma public higher education. They set academic standards, determine functions and courses of study at state colleges and universities, and grant degrees. The State Regents also hosts a student portal, www.okcollegestart.org, designed to serve as a one-stop shop for college planning resources for students, parents and counselors.
