Why I am on a health hold?

You are on a health hold because Health Services is lacking documentation of immunizations required by Oklahoma State Statutes. A health hold prevents enrollment in on campus classes only. It does not hold enrollment in distance learning classes, financial services or transcripts. Immunization documentation should be submitted to Health Services. All recommended vaccinations are available for a fee at Health Services.
