Services

Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of illnesses and minor injuries is available including diagnostic testing, prescription medications, and suturing for current students.

Appointments are available Monday through Friday. Walk-in appointments are given as available. To schedule an appointment call (580) 774-3776.

Costs

Most office visits to the Nurse Practitioner cost $5.  Procedures, laboratory services and medications are charged separately. Direct insurance billing will be available in the near future. Currently, those with health insurance will be provided with the appropriate forms for submission to the insurance company. Payment is expected at the time of services.
