Teia was in UB from 1986-89 and graduated from Clinton High School in 1989. She attended Langston University and later Texas Southern University, where she graduated in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Teia is employed at Rice University as a Research Accountant II and lives in Houston, TX.
