Fitness Classes Offered

Beginning Yoga - Tuesday - Noon

Intermediate Yoga - Wednesday 5:30 p.m.

Blended class (Beginning/Intermediate) - Thursday 6:30 a.m.

Getting focused and in tune with the body while getting active. Leave relaxed and motivated with the dynamic fitness we call Yoga. All levels of fitness are encouraged; beginner to advanced, all progressing together as a class. Targeted areas of fitness: Flexibility, Mobility, Balance and Muscular Endurance.

An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American and hip hop dance music.

Pilates - TBA

Instructor: Dr. Kelly Logan

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Water Aerobics - Monday & Wednesday 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.  

Location: Pool in Rankin Williams Fieldhouse

Water aerobics (waterobics, aquatic fitness, aquafitness, aquafit) is the performance of aerobic exercise in fairly shallow water such as in a swimming pool. Done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist deep or deeper water, it is a type of resistance training.

Zumba - Monday & Wednesday 7 p.m.
