| March 1 | – SWOSU Freshman Scholarship Application |
| April 15 | – Oklahoma Tuition Aid Grant (OTAG) priority deadline |
| July 1 | – Residence Life's deadline to receive a refund on your housing deposit |
| August 14 | – Move in day |
| August 17 | – Mass Orientation (required for freshmen) |
| August 17 | – Tuition payments due |
| August 18 | – First day of classes |
| September | – First of four monthly installments for residence halls begins |

What is there for my student to get involved in?
SWOSU offers over 90 campus organizations. The organizations include social and service fraternities and sororities, departmental organizations, religious organizations, and leadership opportunities. Click here to see a list of the student organizations.

The Bulldog Job Board has a listing of on and off campus jobs. Your student will need a resume. Career Services located in Stafford 209 can help in the development process.
