Caitlin Carter

Caitlin Carter is from Elk City and is a graduate of Sayre High School.  At Sayre, she was a member of the National Honor Society, a Student Council Representative, Class Officer, FFA officer and participated in basketball and cheerleading.    

She is an active member of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls and a 5 time recipient of the "Presidential Service Award."  Caitlin intends to major in Psychology.
