Advisory Board
Jama Rand, PhD, CCP, SPHR, CPT
Jama has consulted with a number of organizations in the Pacific Northwest on a variety of strategic business issues. Her areas of specialization and interest include: employee productivity and performance improvement, organizational learning, total rewards and recognition, organizational design and culture.
She has over twenty-five years experience providing internal and external human resources consulting to the health care industry, credit unions, municipal governments, insurance, manufacturing, and public utility organizations.
She currently is President and principal consultant with Seattle Research Partners, Inc. specializing in organizational design, performance management and improvement, and human resource programs where she is responsible for managing the business aspects of the consulting practice.
Jama is an adjunct faculty for Seattle Pacific University School of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and American Sentinel University.
She holds a PhD in Organizational and Management. Her research interests include the exploration of cultural and generational diversity in the work place, leadership development, performance improvement, life-long learning and organizational culture. She has conducted research on the workplace values preferred by the four generations currently at work in organizations.
She lives in Washington State with her family where she has served on a number of community boards including the Mukilteo Library Board, the Mukilteo Salary Commission and the Mukilteo Family Branch YMCA.
