Tami Moser, Ph.D.
Dr. Tami Moser is an Assistant Professor in the Finance, Management, and Marketing department. She holds a Doctorate of Philosophy from Capella University in Organization and Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management and a Masters in Public Administration with a focus in management from the University of Oklahoma. Her dissertation research focused on succession management systems in small businesses. She has presented at national conferences and published.
Dr. Moser serves on the board of Friends for Life Animal Sanctuary and Angel's Crossing. She actively serves her campus community through service on the Faculty Development Committee and the University Assessment Committee as well as multiple School of Business committees.
Dr. Moser's corporate and consulting experience helped prepare her for teaching and research. She is a business and education professional with broad experience in recruitment, training, and retention of highly qualified employees. A project manager with experience in a wide variety of business applications. She has experience successfully leading people, projects, and processes and is dedicated to creating a friendly and exciting environment where employees are allowed to stretch their creativity and skill set. Her industry experience includes: health care, retail, business to business sales (multiple industries), insurance, and hospitality.
