Athletic Hall of Fame
James Craddock - 1970
Craddock was an important part of the athletic history of Southwestern after starring at the school as quarterback in the 1920’s. He later went on to serve as the Editor and Publisher of the Weatherford newspaper and did so for close to 40 years. In that time, he was instrumental along with Rankin Williams in helping develop the school’s athletic hall-of-fame. He was the Master of Ceremonies for many of the early hall-of-fame inductions.
