SWOSU Adds Nine to 2006 Soccer Roster

February 14, 2006

Weatherford, OK - Southwestern Oklahoma State’s women’s soccer program has announced that nine new players will join for the 2006 season. A total of eight high school players and one junior college transfer have signed national letters of intent to play for the Bulldogs. All will be eligible for the 2006 season.

Head Coach Joe Bradley said the primary goal for this year’s recruiting class was to add players with a tough, physical nature while continuing their goal of improving the overall team speed.

“We feel thrilled with the group that we’ve signed,” Bradley said. “We have a few open spots that will become available because of graduation, so it’s important that these players step right in and contribute from the beginning.”
