Jeff Caha - Assistant Coach

Jeff Caha comes to SWOSU after spending the last four years as an assistant at Cochise College in Arizona. As a member of the Runnin’ Apaches, Caha was responsible for working and developing the post players while serving as the recruiting coordinator.
In Caha’s four years at Cochise, the Runnin Apaches had an overall record of 87-39, won one conference championship and gathered three NJCAA Academic Team-of-the-Year Awards. In that time seven players eventually signed with NCAA Division I schools. Overall 16 players continued their playing career at a four- year institution.
Prior to Cochise College, Caha was an assistant coach at Wayland Baptist University where he worked with current SWOSU Coach Todd Thurman. In his last season at WBU, Caha helped lead the Pioneers to a 22-9 record and No. 15 NAIA Division I national ranking.
Caha played collegiately for Coach Jerry Carrillo at Cochise College where as a sophomore the team broke the school record for wins in a season with 24. Caha then played for Thurman at Wayland Baptist where he was named honorable mention all-conference. The Pioneers finished the season ranked nationally and qualified for the NAIA National Tournament.
Caha earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in management and marketing, and a Masters Degree in sports administration.
