Adam Hooton begins his first season with the SWOSU coaching staff after concluding his collegiate career with the Bulldogs in 2006. He finished last year with 20 tackles, including a game-high 12 against his former college team, Oklahoma Panhandle State University.

Played one season at OPSU and two seasons at Garden City Community College where he was team captain for the Broncbusters his sophomore season.

Graduate of Larned High School where he participated in football, wrestling and track. Led his high school team in tackles both his junior and senior year.
