James Libby will oversee all the equipment needs for the SWOSU football team and its coaching staff. Libby comes to SWOSU after graduating from Poland High School in Poland, Maine.

He played football and was a member of the track team where he competed in the pole vault event. He is majoring in finance at SWOSU.
