Steven Strobel joins the SWOSU football coaching staff after being a valuable player for the Bulldogs defensive unit the last two seasons. He was among the team's leaders in tackles behind the line of scrimmage with seven and finished the year with three and one-half quarterback sacks.

He played two seasons for Dodge City Community College and was an all-state selection as a senior at Topeka’s Seaman High School. He is completing his undergraduate work in parks and recreation.
