Voted as President of the Student Government Association by student body this spring…Team’s leading tackler in 2006 and earned second-team, all-conference honors with 85 tackles, 10 of which were for losses…Has won the LSC North Defensive Player-of-the-Week award four times in his career…Returned an interception 92 yards for a touchdown in win against East Central…Had 18 stops in final game against Texas A&M-Commerce, the second most of any LSC player in 2006…As a freshman finished third on the squad with 63 tackles despite missing nearly three full games with injury…Had 10 or more tackles three times…Attended Central Oklahoma one semester where he was a redshirt…Won back-to-back Class 5A state championships at Carl Albert High School under coach Gary Rose.
