After sitting out the 2007 season with shoulder surgery, Summers is prepared to return to his dominating ways in the defensive line.

2006: Anchored the defensive line where he had 14 tackles, seven of which were behind the line of scrimmage. He finished second on the team in sacks with three for losses totaling 27 yards...Earned second-team LSC North honors.

High School: All-state track and football selection at Westmoore High School...Set the Class 6A record in shot put.
