Volleyball to Host Tryout

WEATHERFORD - Students interested in participating in intercollegiate volleyball for the 2009 season will have just such an opportunity when Southwestern Oklahoma State University hosts an open tryout on Saturday, Feb. 21 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The tryout is open to all students who are high school seniors or those who are already enrolled at SWOSU. In addition, students who are currently attending a junior college and seeking a possible transfer are invited to attend.

All participants must bring a copy of a physical examination that has been completed within the last six months. In addition they are to bring an unofficial copy of their academic transcript with their SAT/ACT scores, proof of registration with the NCAA Clearinghouse and copy of medical insurance.

Participants must be able to produce all of the above items before they will be allowed in the tryout.
