Event Description
Dr. Robert Brooks, Director and State Archaeologist, Oklahoma Archaeological Survey at the University of Oklahoma, will speak at the Conference Center on "Mounds to Mammoths", presenting information on the prehistory of Oklahoma.

Dr. Brooks has been with the Archaeological Survey for the past 30 years. He currently oversees the preservation of Oklahoma’s prehistoric and early historic Native American cultural heritage, conducts research on Oklahoma archaeological history, and teaches on a part-time basis in the Department of Anthropology.
