Auditorium (B1 - capacity 119) and Huddle Room

  • Select "Calendar Event" as the Event Categorization.
  • Events will be forwarded to Calendar administrators for review and approval.
  • You will receive an email notification when your request has been processed and another when the request has been approved or denied. A separate email will be sent if a room booking is requested.
  • For modifications to events already submitted (changes in date, time, room, description, etc.), email Debbie Brown. Please DO NOT resubmit the event using this form.
