Al Harris Library "CLASSROOM" Event Form

NOTE: This form is to be used to make room reservations for the classrooms at the Al Harris Library.
For any other type of Library reservation, please contact Jason Dupree (774-3031).

Fields marked with an * are required to complete the form submission.
Although the Event Categorization is not marked as a required field, it must be completed with the selection “Calendar Submission” so that the event/room booking will be displayed on the appropriate calendar (Public, Private, or both).
Events will be forwarded to Calendar administrators for review and approval.
You will receive an email notification when your request has been processed and another when the request has been approved or denied. A separate email will be sent if a room booking is requested.
For modifications to events already submitted (changes in date, time, room, description, etc.), email Misty Zink. Please DO NOT resubmit the event using this form.
