First Quarterly Oklahoma Tribal College Coalition (OTCC) Meeting, held at SWOSU in August 2006; OTCC members include the four tribal colleges in Oklahoma; in addition to the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal College, there are the Comanche Nation College, the Pawnee Nation College and the College of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation.
