Competency Report
The Competency Report shows regional concentrations and occupation information for a set of selected competencies. It also provides the top occupations that require those competencies, along with a labor market outlook for each. Data columns include: O*NET codes, base year jobs, projection year jobs, change in jobs, percent change in jobs, and hourly earnings per worker.

Human Capital Report
The Human Capital Report shows a high-level view of the major competencies (knowledge, skills, and abilities) that a regional workforce possesses. The report allows users to view a regional workforce in terms of its competencies rather than its occupations. Data columns include: competencies, 2006 percent of all competencies, 2006-2011 percent growth, 2006 location quotient, and 2011 location quotient.

Industry Competencies Report
The Industry Competencies Report displays the top competencies required by a selected set of one or more industries. It works by running a regionalized staffing pattern on the industry to determine top occupations within the industry. Then it totals competency levels required by these occupations, and shows the top-ranked competencies. Data columns include: SOC code, base year jobs, and projection year jobs.

Into Industry
The Into Industry Report shows the current and projected number of workers in “source” occupations in the target industry or group of industries, along with earnings comparisons. From Industry
The From Industry Report provides information to suggest a strategy for transitioning workers out of a selected industry. Using regionalized staffing patterns, it shows the top five occupations required by the selected industry, and then for each of those occupations, it provides a list of occupations that workers could transition into. Data columns include: O*NET codes, base year jobs, 2006-2011 growth, base year hourly earnings, job zone, yearly turnover, and compatibility index.
