Submitted August 28, 2003 - Michael gave of his personal lunch time to help unload a transport truck which in turn had knocked down a high line wire. He not only unloaded the truck but retrieved barriers for traffic from the Department of Public Safety. Thanks Michael!

Submitted November 28, 2001 - On 11/07/01, I took a family from Ethiopia to see Tammy. They had written one check to cover three different items. Tammy was very, very busy at the time, but she stopped to help us in a very friendly and efficient way. She had to take the time to do three different deposits in three different accounts and took the time to explain what else needed to be done. After leaving her office, the mother of the family from overseas thanked me profusely for the kindness extended to them while on campus.
I think Tammy Lancaster was certainly part of that warm welcome given to the family from Ethiopia.
