Reminders
Proposal Review and Compliance Form (PRC):
- Due as early as possible when PI begins to prepare a proposal.
- PRC submission preferably should be no later than 10 days prior to submission of proposal.
- PRC must contain all necessary signature approvals.
- Layman’s abstract must be attached to the PRC.
Due to the new Federal guidelines requiring the use of grants.gov for Federal proposal submission, the PI is strongly encouraged to submit to OSP the completed proposal well in advance of the submission deadline as it may take up to one week to successfully submit a Federal proposal through grants.gov.
Scholarly Activity and Academic Activity Reports:
- Due upon completion of each activity.
- Submit to OSP for archiving.
- An Annual Report is prepared at the end of the fiscal year.
- Annual Reports may be viewed in the OSP office.
Oklahoma Research Day:
- Event Date: November 14, 2008.
- Location: Northeastern Oklahoma State University, Broken Arrow Campus.
- September 1, 2008: Abstract submission and banquet registration begins.
- October 8: Deadline for final abstract submission and banquet registration.
- Keynote Speaker: Dr. Kelvin Droegemeier, University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
SWOSU Researcher Recognition Event:

Continuing Education (CE)—Community Service Activities:
