Scholarly Activity
All Scholarly Activity and Academic Activity should be reported to the Office of Sponsored Programs upon completion of the activity. The information should be reported on a completed and appropriately signed Scholarly Activity Report. Form, which may be found on the SWOSU's web site under Faculty & Staff--University Forms--Research and Grants. A copy of the activity/work should be submitted with the form for archiving. All Scholarly Activity Report forms are due in OSP by June 30 of each year. A Scholarly/Academic Activity Report is published each year. A copy of this annual report may be viewed in the OSP office.
