Graphic Standards

The purpose of graphic standards is to present a strong brand identity for Southwestern Oklahoma State University to its many audiences. The manual consists of the coordinated elements of the SWOSU academic signature, spirit signature, Brandy the Bulldog, colors, types, usage requirements, and stationery. The print portion of the branding campaign is enclosed to share with you how we are promoting SWOSU to our primary audience, high school students.

Commercial and Promotional Use of University Signatures

The name, marks, and image of Southwestern Oklahoma State University cannot be used to suggest endorsement of any product or service not provided by the university. The university's logos are trademarked and protected by law. Schools, divisions, offices, and departments in the university may use the marks for university business without permission.

However, any outside organization or individuals must first obtain permission from the university's Office of Public Information. No organization outside of the university may use SWOSU's name or marks for monetary gain without permission and a licensing agreement with the university.
