Email Setup For Blackberry Phones

These are general instructions for setting up email on a Blackberry phone. Each blackberry has slightly different screens, but needs the same information setup.

1. Select Email Setting.
2. Click Add Account.
3. Type the email address, user name, and password in the appropriate fields and click Submit. Username does not include the @swosu.edu
4. Under Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, select the option for I can access my mailbox using a Web browser (OWA-Outlook Web Access).
5. Click Submit.
6. In the Outlook Web Access URL field, type the OWA account URL. https://webmail.swosu.edu
7. In the Mailbox Name field, type the Mailbox name for your OWA account. Email does not include the @swosu.edu.
8. Verify that your email address, user name, and password are correct.
9. Select the Leave message on mail server checkbox.
10. Click Submit.
