Fines and processing fees are not refunded when you return a lost library item. However, if you return a lost library item within 90 days of paying for the item’s replacement, you may request a refund of the replacement cost.
To obtain a refund you must:
The library does not issue cash refunds. A refund check issued by the State of Oklahoma will be mailed to you within 6-10 weeks.
Lost money is refunded at the Circulation Desk.
Problems with the vending machines and photocopiers can be reported to Auxiliary Services at (580)774-7104.
If the coffee vending machine doesn’t dispense a pod to you, go to the Library Administration Office for a replacement pod.
Problems with the coffee machine should be reported to the Library Administration Office at (580)774-7023.
The Student Government Association provides service for the change machine. Contact the SGA at (580)774-0615.
