As
members of the SWOSU Libraries Leadership Team, we are responsible for providing
an environment that enables, guides, and supports all Library teams in reaching
their objectives. We strive to achieve the University’s educational mission, coordinating
the services and functions of the Library while assessing the progress that has
been made in attaining our goals. In our roles as leaders, we actively encourage
Library personnel to be student-centered, forward thinking, professional, and
responsible for the success of their teams as well as their individual success.
