If this is the first time you've used the Copy Service for Students, please read the information below before submitting your request.
The Al Harris Library will send you journal articles and book excerpts by email, fax or postal mail if you're a SWOSU student and you live too far away to easily visit the library. The Copy Service for Students cost is 10 cents per page. There's no additional charge for postage or fax delivery.
Due to limited library staffing, we only offer the copy service to students who live outside these local Zip codes and communities:
Faculty and staff: please see the Copy Service for Faculty and Staff page.
You can order copies of articles from journals, magazines, and newspapers owned by the Al Harris Library. You can also order excerpts from books if you're able to tell us the page numbers you need. To find out if the library owns the materials you want, check the Periodicals List and the library catalog. To request an article or book that isn't owned by the library see the Interlibrary Loan page.
The charge is 10 cents per page. There is no additional charge for fax or postal delivery.
Your copies will be sent via email, postal mail, or fax to you within two working days. Allow additional time if you request postal mail delivery. Requests that are too large to email will be sent via postal mail.
The Al Harris Library will send you a bill for the copies you request. You may either pay your bill in person at the Al Harris Library Circulation Desk or send a check or money order made payable to "SWOSU" to this address:
