Rap Contest Planned at SWOSU

A free style rap contest is being held Thursday, April 7, at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford. The contest will be held at 7 p.m. in the Student Union Ballroom.

Nicole Moody of the sponsoring Black Student Association said cash prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers. First place is $50 and a plaque, second place is $35 and third place is $25.

Deadline to enter for SWOSU students is April 1. There is a registration fee of $5. For additional information, contact Moody at 774-0141.
